The Black&White4 CTS was designed to provide everyone with the opportunity to create perfect milk foam without requiring prior barista knowledge. The standout feature of this machine is its integrated steam lance, which allows for fully automatic frothing of milk in the pitcher to achieve the desired consistency and texture. This makes it easier for staff with little experience to prepare excellent milk foam for their guests. The handling of the Black&White4 CTS is extremely straightforward thanks to its high level of automation. However, operating the steam lance through levers and buttons still provides a sense of the traditional espresso machine experience. In terms of performance, this machine is designed for medium to high daily demands, and with the integrated steam lance, you can easily prepare up to 120 steam-based products daily. In addition, you can prepare daily 240 espressos, 200 coffees, 200 hot water for tea lovers. The machine is compact, the width is only 41cm. With two bean containers you can choose your own bean for espresso and for filter coffee.
