Molded AISI 304 stainless steel cooking tank with radiused inner corners and equipped with front vessel for oil expansion. Residue collection by cold zone. Heating by means of AISI 304 stainless steel armored heating elements located inside the tank and rotatable by 90° to facilitate cleaning. Oil temperature control by mechanical thermostat. Manually reset safety thermostat. Pilot light to indicate activation of heating. Labyrinth control knobs preventing water penetration inside during cleaning operations. Supplied with 1 1/1 basket in chrome-plated steel wire and plastic handle.Equipment equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX4 degree of protection.
