The FM120 is built around a 120 mm flat burr, delivering a noticeable step up in clarity, structure, and flavor detail. The larger burr size naturally increases extraction efficiency, allowing coffees to present more complex, sharper, and better-defined flavor layers without pushing bitterness.
In cupping and filter brewing, FM120 consistently achieves higher extraction with transparency rather than heaviness. For cupping, it is common to see TDS levels around 1.3–1.5% while maintaining a clean, structured cup.
