The FM Grinder Electric Coffee Grinder is a professional-grade coffee grinding device available in three models – 80 mm, 98 mm, and 120 mm flat burr. It features a Mitsubishi motor servo drive system with adjustable speed ranging from 500 to 2000 RPM, catering to a full spectrum of coffee brewing needs from espresso to pour-over.

In cupping and filter brewing, FM120 consistently achieves higher extraction with transparency rather than heaviness. For cupping, it is common to see TDS levels around 1.3–1.5% while maintaining a clean, structured cup.
