STEAM SYSTEM
More than just a steam station, Modbar Steam combines a minimal, modern aesthetic with professional power and control. Its open-counter design provides a clear view of beverage preparation, from espresso extraction to the finishing touches of latte art. Two Steam taps can be positioned alongside Modbar Espresso to recreate the functionality of a traditional espresso machine, or configured as separate service areas to accommodate different workflows. Cafés can add one or two Steam taps to increase throughput without requiring a second full espresso machine.
