Needling and Weiss Distribution Techniques (WDT) have long been used as a way to 'de-clump' ground coffee prior to extraction; however, its use has been limited in the preparation of filter coffee.

The needles of our latest tool – Bloom – are specifically designed to evenly distribute ground coffee, remove air pockets and improve flow rate consistency, particularly in filter beds. The two modes, Straight Needle and Fan Needle, solve common problems in brewing consistency, and heighten the sensory experience of the coffee.
