Not Dispensing Water/Solution

Common issues of floor mop include empty tanks, clogged spray nozzles (use a pin to clear), or a dirty gauze filter.

Poor Water Pickup/Suction

Issues can arise from a full recovery tank, blocked vacuum hoses, or damaged squeegee blades. Be sure to check and clean the tank and hoses.

Brush/Pad Not Rotating

Usually, this issue is caused by hair, string, or debris wrapped around the brush roll. Remove the brush and clean the hub.

No Power or Battery Issues

It is likely that the battery is discharged, there are loose connections, or the charging terminals are dirty. Clean the terminals with a dry cloth and check the charger.

The automatic scrubber distributes water into the brush, activating the cleaning solution. This water then flows through the solution tank to the solenoid valve. Meanwhile, the squeegee, along with the scrubber's powerful built-in vacuum system, works to recover the water and direct it into the recovery tank.

Dry the mop bucket and wringer daily with paper towels to prevent rust, soil buildup, and the growth of germs. Clean and oil the wringer parts weekly according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

When not in use, leave the wringers in the released position. Avoid leaning heavily on mop heads or using excessive force while mopping.

The Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOP) is used for utility services, including uploading and downloading system software, remote testing, and problem diagnosis. It was originally a proprietary protocol of Digital Equipment Corporation.

The 10 percent rule suggests that all preventive maintenance activities should be completed within 10 percent of their scheduled due date, according to the preventive maintenance cadence. When performed consistently, preventive maintenance can help extend the lifespan of your assets.
